We have an exciting opportunity for a detail orientated, motivated and driven Senior Marketing Executive with excellent communication (verbal and written) skills to join our expanding team based in Rotherham (hybrid).
Elevation Recruitment Group is an employee-focused, multi-disciplined recruitment business that specialises in permanent, interim and temporary recruitment across Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire. We have 8 specialist divisions and our marketing team support eachof those individual brands, as well as the Group Marketing plans.
This crucial role will sit within our Internal Marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and working closely with the Digital Marketing Executive and design team.
Day-to-day tasks:

- Work closely with the Directors and Consultants across our 8 divisions to provide daily marketing support - understand, devise a plan and execute their requirements, ensuring it aligns to brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive to write sector specific/ industry blogs and social media content that are optimised for SEO and target keywords
- Arrange events/ round table panels for industry topics/ seminars/ webinars. Pre, during and post marketing tasks
- Support the recruitment strategy and company growth plans, work with the Marketing Manager
- Take the lead on all new and repurposed social post content. Brief design team on assets you need
- Advise on areas of improvement for Recruiters LinkedIn profiles - bio's, work experience,
testimonials, skills, general activity. Support with any changes and write content where needed
- Support with written content for retained recruitment campaigns - writing for video, adverts and press releases
- Support and play an active role in recruitment strategy and company growth plans - actively position Elevation as an employer of choice and drive recruitment marketing campaigns
- Support the Marketing Manager with internal communications - quarterly awards presentations, newsletters, event/ social updates, company achievements and celebrations
The person:

- Confident communicator - verbal and non-verbal
- Strong copy writing and grammatical skills
- Ability to obtain, analyse and present information
- High levels of creativity, enthusiasm and motivation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to establish rapport with a diverse team and director's
- Excellent social media skills
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results
- Great team working skills
- Broad experience across digital and offline marketing channels.
**Experience**:
A broad marketer, educated to a BA degree level or CIM qualification, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing (digital and traditional).
Experience of working with multiple brands under one business would be desirable.
