Accounts Receivable Officer

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will lead at all stages of the Accounts Receivable process to ensure the efficient and effective processing and reconciling of financial transactions on behalf of the organisation. The Accounts Receivable Officer will work closely with the Financial Controller to implement, develop, and maintain the credit card system, policies, and processes to consistently meet the organisation’s needs.

**The successful applicant will**:
- **Lead the day-to-day management of the accounts receivable function,** as well as manage the main GPhC bank account, preparing monthly cash flow forecasts that contributes to our longer term liquidity planning.
- Be able to deal with **high volume and complexities of transactions.**:
- Lead the responses to all sales ledger related queries. Must possess excellent verbal and written **communication skills and confidence to liaise **with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work on own** initiative **with a minimum of supervision and as a member of a small team
- Have strong attention to detail, the ability to work to deadlines and be able to deal with changing priorities using initiative.
