Demand Generation Lead

**Nature & Scope**
- Identify the needs and challenges of prospective customers
- Maintain, organise and identify target accounts with Veritas Prime colleagues and external SAP Sales teams
- Determine the prospect's interest and “fit” for SAP SuccessFactors and Veritas Prime solutions
- Drive sales growth and pipeline by scheduling discovery meetings for Account Executives and Senior members of the sales team
- Support senior members of the team with deal activities and administration when required
- CRM Management - own the ongoing maintenance and management
- RFP Tool Management - own the ongoing maintenance and management
- Marketing Support - support with development of marketing collateral, logístical arrangements and the overall planning and execution of Veritas Prime events targeted at existing customers, prospects and/or SAP
**Knowledge & Experience**
- Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
- Willingness to learn and take on a challenge
- Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Knowledge of business processes and organisational structures
- Entrepreneurial Spirit - motivated to seek new opportunities and better ways of doing things
- Interest in cloud technology and HR
- High attention to detail and delivering high quality outputs
- Self Starter - proactive in getting things done and finding opportunities
- Experience in HR software or business development is preferred, but not required
- Experience reaching or exceeding [weekly/monthly] activity goals/quotas**Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies**
- Recent Master or bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems,
- communications, marketing or relevant degree min 2.1
- English: Fluent
**Salary**: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
