We are a fast growing homecare provider supporting adults in their own home across Bedfordshire are actively recruiting a Recruitment and Office Administrator. We require an experienced and dedicated individual who is able to offer first class service to support our our culture of quality. Experience in a healthcare setting (Hospital, GP Practice, other health clinic) is desirable but not essential.
- You will be extremely efficient, used to working in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail.
- You will be incredibly organised, exemplary written proficiency with a polite telephone manner.
- Assemble information in an orderly fashion and have a structured and logical approach to your wokr.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- General administrative tasks as required including general maintenance of the office environment
- Support with diary management, booking interviews and taking messages for the management team.
- Chasing invoices and liaising with clients for scheduling of appointments

**Requirements and Experience**
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Able to navigate Windows and Sharepoint sites
- At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role

**Hours of work**

Monday-Friday

12pm-4pm

Due to the nature of the business this is a 100% office based role
