Part Time Office Administrator
We are currently recruiting for an experienced office administrator to join our team based in Silsoe. The purpose of the role will be to carry out admin duties and to provide assistance to the Office Team.

Shift: Working days to be discussed
Hours: 09:30am - 14:30pm (15hours)
**Salary**: £22,000 - £23,000 (depending on experience)
Key skill and requirements
- Minimum 2-year experience in an office admin role
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
- Self-motivated, proactive
- Outstanding attention to details
- Excellent prioritisation, organisational skills, and the ability to work to deadlines
- Proficient in using MAC, Excel and Microsoft Office
- Always willing to help
- Must fit in well with current office environment
Responsibilities / Duties
- Admin / Data Entry
- Taking and receiving telephone calls, logging, and solving enquiries
- Providing support in other departments within the company if required
- Completion of third-party paperwork
- Maintaining databases and spreadsheets
