The role will be responsible for supporting the payroll processes for our weekly paid colleagues in our Musgrave MarketPlace in Belfast.
- Reporting KPIs
- Basic computer skills e.g. Microsoft package
- Processing invoices
- General Admin duties
- Liaising with other departments e.g. management

LI-DNP

Essential Criteria:

- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) to include English & Math at Grade C or above, or equivalent
- Demonstratable previous experience in a similar role
- Competent working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Particularly MS Excel at Moderate to Advanced skill level
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to uphold confidentiality at all times, frequently dealing with highly sensitive information
- Ability to perform administrative and analytical tasks accurately
- Customer focused approach
