What an opportunity

As the CRM Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Business Development and Marketing, you will be a prominent manager in a project to revolutionise how the firm manages business and client development going forward and a cornerstone of future growthplans.

The firm has invested in new CRM technology that will transform business information and the way it is used. To support the implementation and management of the CRM system, the new role of CRM Manager has been created. This role will be responsible for themanagement and development of the firm's CRM system, including the integrity of its data when integrated with existing core systems.

**THE ROLE**

**Key responsibilities - CRM Manager**
- Manage the launch and implementation for a new CRM system, working with key stakeholders across the firm
- Ensure approach to contact management aligns with business strategies, developing a multi-disciplinary service offering for clients and information/knowledge sharing across the business.
- Training and Coaching as well as leading on the use of the CRM system to support identified team CRM "specialists" across the business. Sharing best practice case studies to ensure an ongoing ROI.
- Plan and manage the implementation of CRM system upgrades across the business
- Be responsible for the integrity of client contact data and compliance with data protection and privacy requirements.

**REQUIREMENTS - CRM Manager**
- Knowledge and experience of CRM databases, ideally within a professional service business.
- Project management experience
- Data manipulation (MS Dynamics and Introhive experience useful)
- Training and coaching delivery to end users
- Strong database analytic skills including delivery of reports
- Have strong database analytical skills
