My client is an innovative marketing agency based in the center of Bristol. They specialise in delivering comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to a diverse range of clients. Their team is passionate about creating meaningful connections between brands and their customers through data-driven strategies and personalised communication.

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for customer relationships? My client is seeking a talented CRM Planner/Strategist to join the team in Bristol. As a CRM Planner/Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and customer profiles.
- Develop comprehensive CRM strategies tailored to clients’ needs and objectives.
- Utilise data analysis to identify customer insights and segmentation opportunities.
- Create customer journey maps and touchpoint strategies to optimise the customer experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement CRM campaigns across various channels.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in CRM.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in CRM planning/strategy or a similar role within a marketing agency.
- Strong B2C/consumer background.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms is a plus.
