**Job Description**:
Our client within the professional services sector, are looking for a Marketing CRM Systems Exec to join their central Bristol office on a full-time permanent basis This role is working Monday to Friday with the first couple weeks in the office for training, then very flexible hybrid with 3-4 days at home
This would be an ideal role for someone who is technical with marketing knowledge/understanding and is experienced within databases, especially CRM systems Ideally, you'll be self-sufficient and independent as they are looking for someone who is able to manage their workload
The client offers very good company benefits, including:

- You'll be providing data and systems support for colleagues within the Client and Marketing team, Business Services, and the wider business- Monitoring the quality and integrity of data within the company systems and producing regular reports- Reviewing data issues and actioning them- Document and update changes to the user process and integration interfaces- Working with the internal training team ensuring they have all the information and knowledge to update learning resources- Raise and monitor the progress of system support tickets- Handling confidential informationThe ideal CRM Systems Executive:

- Experience in CRM and eMarketing database systems administration as well as designing reports and content views- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a MUST As you'll be liaising with various stakeholders across the firm- Excellent organisational skills- Advanced excel knowledge and experience is essential, along with basic coding knowledge (advantage)- Experience delivering short face to face and online training- Strong eye for the smallest detail- Creative thinkerIf this is the role for you, please
