Holt Executive are collaborating with a leading provider of integrated solutions for global defence and security.

Our partner is seeking a talented Senior Systems Engineer- Telecommunications to join their Tactical Communications and Information Systems (TacCIS) team.

As a Senior Systems Engineer - Telecommunications you will collaborate and lead on exciting, challenging projects at the forefront of the industry. This role is a full-time position with a hybrid working-from-home arrangement of 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Systems Engineer - Telecommunications:

Leverage your expertise to support projects and programs within the TacCIS team.
Gather, analyse, manage, justify, and break down requirements for effective project execution.
Apply best practices in systems engineering and critical thinking to develop innovative solutions.
Key Skills & Experience Required for the Senior Systems Engineer - Telecommunications:

Extensive, demonstrably successful experience in Telecommunications Engineering, encompassing trials, demonstrations, and deployments.
Proven track record in Radio Networking Engineering within defence and/or commercial telecommunications systems.
Experience applying Systems Engineering methodologies like the Requirements and Acceptance V-Model, ITEAP, and Engineering Lifecycle Management.
