We have over 30 years’ experience in the supply, installation and maintenance of the world’s finest coffee machines in high street coffee shops (both national suppliers and independent shops), food retailers, offices, hotels and restaurants across the wholeof the UK and Ireland.

**Preventative Maintenance Planner - The Role**:
We are now recruiting a Planner in a client facing role to assume responsibility for the coordination of the planned preventative maintenance and related logistics of coffee machines.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Managing logistics for planned maintenance activities.
- Allocating work and liaising with workshop to ensure work is completed on schedule.
- Allocating work to team of drivers, planning routes to achieve maximum revenue and minimum wastage.
- Acting as the main point of contact between the service desk, sales, workshop and warehouse.
- Meeting monthly targets, KPIs and SLAs.
- Drafting, sending, checking and chasing of commissioning checklists, risk assessments and method statements.
- Providing reactive support for clients as and when required, including handling client complaints.
- Assisting in the preparation of data for management reports and maintaining records.
- Participating in the company on call rota at weekends, roughly 1 in 4.

**It is essential that you have**:

- Experience of working in a scheduling / planning or technical administration role.
- Experience of service support in maintenance services or logistics advantageous.
- Computer literate, preferably with experience in MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experience in the use of databases advantageous.
- Good general knowledge of geographical locations within the UK.
