Job Description:

Apleona Careers is seeking a planned preventative maintenance expert to join our site-based team at the University of Hertfordshire campus. As an electrically qualified multi-skilled maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance and additional works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of planned preventative maintenance and additional works
  • Reactive fault finding, repairs, and installations
  • Participation in an on-call rota within the site-based team
  • Flexibility to undertake non-electrical works within the contract scope

Requirements:

  • Electrically qualified multi-skilled maintenance engineer with relevant experience
  • Flexibility and willingness to undertake non-electrical tasks

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
