We are recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client in Hatfield. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in maintaining communities and places, including housing, schools, public buildings, and utilities.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's facilities, managing maintenance teams, and implementing effective maintenance strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining and repairing equipment, machinery, and buildings to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Managing maintenance teams and coordinating tasks to meet deadlines
- Conducting regular site visits to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in maintenance engineering or a related field
- Experience in managing maintenance teams and coordinating tasks
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Our client offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
