**The Role**:
Our operational team are undertaking a challenging and thought provoking workload, so you will be responsible for supporting this function as well as maintaining relationships with clients, and providing an excellent customer service experience. An understanding of our clients is required; through on the job training, with exceptionally close supervision from management, we will ensure all the resources required are given. The control centre can be a hyperactive working environment, circumstances considered. It is important to have a level of emotional intelligence and segregate inter-personal relationships with professional ones.

Lantern Recovery Specialists PLC has been operating since 1966, over 50 years industry experience The most experienced and knowledgeable individuals will offer extensive insight into the role. Human Resources as well as supervision by management will closely support your training and development.

We have positions complementary of either Monday - Friday, plus an additional £1800.00 attendance bonus per annum paid each month. There are opportunities to grow and progress within the business allow for further increases of pay

The company operates a pension scheme, which is available to all employees. On-site parking is available to all In addition, we offer 20 days paid holiday per year.
