**Key Responsibilities**: Be involved in the development of an outcomes framework, evaluation, and practice in relation to service users mental health to include assessing risk and protective factors using individual, family, learning environment, and community domains to ensure we offer a highly responsive and adaptable service. Support CYPs experiencing some form of Mental Health crisis that may find a less stimulating and highly supportive environment quite beneficial. You will assist in the delivery of evidence-based 1:1 and group interventions informed by a variety of treatment modalities like CBT, DBT and Systemic practice in the HUB. Work with people from different cultural backgrounds using interpreters when necessary and as such should be committed to inclusivity and managing diversity as a typical part of your work ethic.

You will also work closely with colleagues and partners in the Local Authority, CAMHS, education settings and other relevant mental health providers and should be committed to developing and fostering professional relationships. Coordinate an active allocation of children and adolescents presenting in crisis with mild moderate emotional and mental health difficulties and will deliver evidence-based individual and group interventions in the Circle. This will include the delivery and coordination of interventions directed at emotional regulation for CYPs in acute crisis; co-produce individualised crisis plans and facilitate relevant psychoeducation with CYPs and parents/carers. These therapeutic interventions will have a psychosocial scope, be aimed at stress reduction, have a low stimulus therapeutic approach to mental health and be typically facilitated in the Circle.Key Relationships: Children, young people and their families Internal HFEH Mind Youth Service Teams.

Circle Team colleagues. Other professionals working with children and young people in local CAMHS, social services, A&E, education, youth offending and the voluntary sector. Other HFEH Mind departments or services to include Human resources, Safeguarding and Adult services.Service Delivery Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team by providing containment and care to service users attending the Circle under the direct or indirect supervision as required. Facilitate the support of children and young people, their parents/carers, families referred or presenting to the Circle in the self-management of presenting difficulties.

Provide practical 1:1 support through onboarding and telephone engagement as required. Assist in implementing the delivery of programmes of care by working in partnership with children, young people, their families and other agencies in the development of intervention plans and monitor outcomes. Design training materials and co-facilitate group or workshop delivery to promote emotional regulation, crisis identification and management, mental health awareness and self-care. Awareness of community resources and facilitate the appropriate signposting or referrals for service users where the need for additional support or a different response is identified and agreed with CYP, CYPs parent or carer.

Facilitate the delivery of workshops and peer discussion groups as required. Recognise safeguarding situations; be aware of and adhere to safeguarding guidelines; know when to inform and share these concerns with the Circle team and raise safeguarding alerts. Observe, report and appropriately respond to any changes in the service users physical, mental health and behaviour and discuss them with the Circle team in consultation and as part of handover huddles. Support other HFEH Mind Youth Service delivery when required and agreed by Team Manager.

Facilitate the development of Circle service tools, materials and services including carrying out audits and preparing service data for stakeholder presentation, training, and wider service presentations. Facilitate the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of crisis interventions under direct supervision of the Team Manager. Participate in the regular case and service reviews or discussions and have key worker responsibilities for cases. Initiate, organise, and evaluate practical support with therapeutic/clinical advice under the guidance of the Team Manager.

Utilise skills flexibly and effectively so that interventions and practical support can be creatively thought about and facilitated in the Circle or other appropriate settings.Service Accountability: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the services delivered under the guidance of supervisor and the Team Manager. Contribute to gathering and presenting information for quarterly monitoring reports. Maintain records of clinical activity in accordance with wider and local service policies and procedures by keeping administrative processes, databases, and client records up to date.
