Lincoln, United Kingdom Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust Full time

The post holder will be a key member of the research team, providing clinical and administrative support to a wide range of clinical trials. Interpersonal skills and communication both written and verbal will be essential. The post will support a number of studies at any one time, meeting participants both in the community and on inpatient wards, so flexibility and the ability to manage and prioritise workload as part of a small team is essential. This post requires use of clinical skills (or the willingness to learn these) performed to a consistently high standard in respect of the specific demands of clinical trial and other study requirements.

The post holder must have the capacity and confidence to work independently with support and guidance from senior members of the team.
