**Customer Relations Coordinator**

Bender UK is part of the Bender Group, a global, family run company with over 1,200 employees across the globe and has a reputation for leading innovation in the design and manufacture of electrical safety products.

Our Customer Service & Quality department provides annual preventative maintenance, 24/7 365 engineer support and undertakes essential repairs to Bender equipment in over 320 hospitals. Due to the continued growth of the business, we are looking to appoint a Customer Relations Coordinator to join this busy team.

The role is responsible for coordinating and implementing service contracts, organising scheduled maintenance visits including preparation of quotes for remedial works.

The role involves daily communication with customers within the NHS and private hospitals including facilities management companies. The position will be in constant communication with the project team, field-based engineers, our resource coordinator, and the commercial team as well as external suppliers, therefore strong communication and team working skills are essential.

This role also involves a number of administrational tasks including the preparation of client documentation, generating quotations for remedial works, order processing, compiling internal and external reports, responding to customer calls and arranging shipments and ensuring 3rd party RAMS are completed.

Experience of working in a busy customer focused department is essential and experience of working in a B-2-B environment is advantageous.

Computer literacy is a must, and knowledge of using CRM systems, such as Salesforce or similar, would be beneficial.

This role is a full-time, 6 month fixed-term contract. You will be contracted to work 37.5 hours per week. Standard working hours are 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 2pm Friday. This is a hybrid role, however you will be expected to be in the office for minimum of 2 days per week.
