We pride ourselves on creating exciting, innovative, and educational outdoor play equipment that makes children smile all over the world, which is why we are on the lookout for a **Logistics Coordinator** to join our fantastic team at our Operations facility at Lindal-in-Furness.

The main responsibility will be to oversee multiple deliveries daily ensuring arrival to customer site on date expected.

**Duties include**:

- Point of contact for all general freight forwarding administration. Handling imports, exports and cross trade transactions. Ensuring that all information and technical details are gathered to guarantee that the delivery or the delivery and installation can be handled effectively and efficiently.
- Liaising with suppliers of air, road, sea and courier services in order to obtain best rates and reporting on OTIF.
- Maintaining CRM, Sage and Preactor, ensuring customer information and records are recorded timely, clearly and are concise.
- Produce a detailed site brief, method statements and risk assessments for installation teams before commencement of installation as well as issue site plans. Produce construction phase plans as and when required.

**About you**:
You will need to have a get-it-done mindset, who will thrive in the fast pace of logistics and getting stuck in with multiple projects at the same time. You will need to have experience within a previous logistics or operations administration role.

You must have excellent IT and communication skills with a particular skill of attention to detail and being customer centric.
