We are currently seeking a Community Living Coordinator to join our team, working closely with our customers to develop personalized support plans that promote their independence, well-being, and happiness.

As a Community Living Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with our team to create a supportive environment that encourages our customers to participate in activities that bring them joy and fulfillment. This may include supporting our customers to access local amenities, pursue hobbies and interests, or engage in social activities.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a positive attitude towards supporting individuals with learning disabilities. You will also need to have a clean driving license and be willing to work flexible hours, including waking nights.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £21,840 per annum (pro rata for part-time vacancies), as well as a range of benefits, including 28 days' annual leave, pension contributions, and private health care.
