Care Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking a calm, resourceful, and energetic individual to join our friendly team. As a Care Coordinator, you will provide person-centred care and support to tenants, enabling them to participate in everyday life and enjoy a wide range of activities. You will utilise your skills in positive communication and engagement to build strong relationships with service users and their families.
