The role is responsible for driving the adoption and development of Workplace Technology platform, enabling colleagues globally to work effortlessly, with the right tools and technology. The Workplace Technology Security Specialist will cover disciplines such as M365 and Azure Cloud administration, and implementation of security solutions such as identity, password management, and single sign-on.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Group Architects in ensuring conformance to established architecture, standards, trends and best practice
- Design, develop and implement high-capacity and highly resilient identity, collaboration, productivity apps and security solutions
- Passionate and curious bout continuous improvement of the employee experience, productivity and collaboration, through the use of modern workplace technologies
- Provide expert technical services for systems, security and device experiences in response to incidents, requests, problems and changes
- Be the "go to" person to solve more complex problems, changes incidents and requests

**Experience**
- Design, deploy and maintain the implementation of the delivered Cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure, M365 and associated technologies
- Input in Technology Core (BTC) Service Transition to operational support
- Access and assess the new Azure and M365 platforms
- Develop clear, concise installation, configuration procedures, runbooks and contributing to the maintenance of operational standards
- Day-to-Day BAU / L3 operational support
