Modern Workplace Architect

Currently, we are looking for a Modern Workplace Architect to join our team in the UK.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Office 365 and cloud solutions, with a strong focus on enhancing user experience, security, compliance, and governance. The Modern Workplace Architect will play a crucial role in optimizing our customer's cloud environment, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments, and leveraging the latest technologies to drive productivity and efficiency.
Your daily responsibilities:
- Implementing and updating security measures, including MFA and DLP policies
- Conducting periodic security assessments and staying updated with the latest security patches
- Developing and enforcing governance policies for user access and permissions
- Managing processes for user provisioning, deprovisioning, and privilege management
- Regularly reviewing usage analytics and user feedback to identify improvement areas
- Conducting training sessions to promote Office 365 tools and enhance user productivity
- Encouraging effective use of collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform
Your key skills:
- Proven experience as a Workplace Architect or similar role in a consultancy
- Extensive knowledge of Office 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related tools
- Strong understanding of security and compliance best practices in a cloud environment
- Experience in developing and implementing governance policies and user access management
- Excellent communication and training skills to enhance user experience
- Ability to monitor, assess, and optimize cloud environments based on analytics and feedback
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or similar are highly desirable
- Fluent communication skills in English
