**Support Worker**

Age UK Lincoln & South Lincolnshire is expanding across our area to meet the rising demand for our fantastic services.
- Stamford and Bourne area_
- Monday to Friday_
- 08:30 to 16:00_
- Zero-hour contract_
- 9.60 per hour_
- Driving licence is desirable but not essential_
- No personal care involved_

**About the role**

Support Workers make up a third of our workforce and play a key role in helping the organisation to achieve our vision: a world in which older people flourish. As a Support Worker, you will provide flexible solutions for older people and their carers, assisting with the little things that make a big difference to their lives. This role includes:

- _Companionship_
- _Household cleaning_
- _Prescription collections_
- _Shopping trips_
- _Travelling to and from activities and appointments_

Each support package is tailored to each of our client’s needs and we provide as much or as little support as requested, ensuring our clients maintain their independence.
