£14:00per hour weekdays and £15:00 per hour weekends, bank holiday

6 hours per week (_2 x 3 hours _Shifts)_

Sam is 46 is intelligent, good natured and very independent man with a zest for life. He enjoys accessing a variety of activities in the community and is passionate about music and loves playing the drums.

Sam has an acquired brain injury; he is very independent and lives in his own home. He requires support to enable him to access a range of activities in the community, as well as support him manage his diary and appointments.

**Your Role**

Sam is looking for a support worker/ buddy to work with him twice a week and enable him to live the live he loves. Whilst encouraging and enabling him to access varied social and leisure activities, manage his diary and daily living needs.

You must be able to demonstrate:

- Experience of working with clients with acquired brain injury
- An outgoing personality, be approachable, committed, energetic, fun and creative
- Good understanding of the local area
- Have a full driving licence,
- Have a flexible and positive attitude and be able to work on own initiative
- The ability to motivate and enable through support and care
- Willingness to assist with general housekeeping, diary management and support with daily living activities.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
