About the role

The Digital Content Team’s overarching goal is to encourage our clients to save and invest with confidence. We're looking for someone who shares our passion for content to help us serve the right content, to the right people, at the right time.

Digital Content Executive’s manage a busy workload with quick turnarounds, working closely with authors and editors to deliver and optimise interesting and engaging content for our clients. It could be our insights about a company’s shares, the prospects for a fund, or our outlook on the global economy.

When you’re not publishing and distributing our content, you’ll be working to improve and develop the way we do things with the fund and equity research teams. From leveraging automation, to developing our offerings based on analytics and User Research - we’re always looking to improve.

This role would suit someone with;
1. Experience working with digital content, keen to further their career, or

2. Anyone interested in starting a career in digital content, who has 1-2 years’ experience in a role that shares the transferable skills we’re looking for

What you’ll be doing
- Contributing to a daily team workload to publish and distribute digital content for client and non-client readership
- Designing and leading optimisation tests and projects to maximise the effectiveness of digital content
- Using analytics to shape and inform future content and communications
- Ensuring work meets regulatory requirements

About you

Essential;
- Experience working in a fast-paced team, able to meet short deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective stakeholder management
- Strong attention to detail

Desirable;
- Digital and content marketing best practice with a basic knowledge of HTML
- Experience working in a regulated financial services environment
- Knowledge of savings and investment products
- Knowledge of A/B testing best practice
- Content migration across Content Management Systems

Interview process

The interview process will involve a task based exercise followed by a competency based interview.

Working Schedule

Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid working will be available for this role in our Bristol office BS1 5HL.
