About the role:
The role's main purpose is to build and maintain IVC Evidensia's Global website portfolio as part of the Content Team.
This includes migrating and optimising content for new practice websites based on SEO and best practice principles and making content updates to existing websites.
The regions this role will cover are:
- France
- Netherlands and Belgium
- Canada
- UK
Responsibilities:
The post holder sits within the Content Team and works closely with the wider group Marketing Department.
- Producing and maintaining website content, including some digital artwork
- Updating and maintaining practice websites via our Content Management System
- Website testing and proofreading
- Administration in various Google tools and performance tracking
- Working in MS Office to manage priorities and work streams
- Working closely with practice staff to gather information and manage expectations
Duties:
- Migration of websites in line with targets and best practices
- Manage content change requests in a timely, professional manner
- Provide monthly performance report
- Raise issues to the Digital Content Manager as required
- Maintain good working relationships with marketing stakeholders within practices
Person Specification:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisation and prioritisation skills
- Creativity
- Knowledge and experience in Search Engine Optimisation are desirable
- An interest in the world of digital, especially within the veterinary sector
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
- Fluent English is required, French and other languages desirable
