Superb Digital is a small digital marketing agency situated in Spike Island in the heart of Bristol. We are a data driven company, whose main service offering is SEO and PPC marketing.

**Job Brief**

Superb Digital is looking for a multi-skilled and experienced content creator to work alongside the Content Director.

While a lot of the day to day work will be writing and planning onsite content for the business’s clients, the role will also involve running and developing Superb Digital’s social media strategy.

**Responsibilities**
- Producing exceptionally written and well researched sales and blog copy, across a wide range of topics and industry sectors, for publication on client’s websites
- Speaking with and interviewing clients to develop content plans and create thought leadership content
- Researching topics and industries online to create content plans
- Interrogating content gap analysis and keyword research reports to create content plans
- Writing comprehensive briefs for Superb Digital’s team of freelance copywriters
- Developing style / tone of voice guides
- Sourcing images for content
- Publishing content on client websites (training provided)
- Attending client meetings with the Managing Director and Content Director
- Liaising with clients to ensure the smooth running of the content production schedule
- Helping to develop and input into Superb Digital’s social media strategy
- Queuing social media posts on LinkedIn
- Reacting to comments / DMs and preparing a content schedule on Buffer
- Preparing and analysing social media metrics and making content recommendations

**Requirements**:

- Two years or more experience agency side (ideally a digital marketing agency)
- Experienced copywriter who can show examples of published work across a number of industries
- Experience in copy-editing / proofing others’ written work
- Excellent communicator who is happy speaking to both clients and internal staff
- Experience using project or task management software like ClickUp, Asana, Monday or Trello
- Experience working in Gsuite, Google Docs and Google Sheets (desirable but not essential)
- Understanding of SEO principles
- Experience creating and running social media campaigns
- Familiar with LinkedIn and social media tools like Buffer
- Experience with Canva, or similar tool, to produce visual assets
- Self motivated, adaptable and extremely organised
- Team player who is comfortable working in a hard working but relaxed office environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
