Hybrid working: Minimum 3 days per week in the office, Tues-Thurs

**Salary**: £20,000 to £30,000 pa depending on experience (part-time is also an option).

FanHub is the one brand that provides football fans with recognition and reward for their loyalty to their clubs. Our mobile app gamifies fan behavior. Fans check in at stadiums and play prediction games to earn an in-app currency that can then be redeemed for rewards such as free beer and merch.

We’ve reached 100,000+ downloads organically, have killer retention metrics, and even reached the App Store top 10 in the sports category

We believe fans are the jewel in the crown of sport, so we are building an ecosystem that enables fans to monetise their own data, content and attention. We are funded by a tier 1 silicon valley VC and are now scaling our team to accelerate our user growth.

**Job Summary**:
As one of the first hires in our Marketing function, you will back yourself to create engaging content for our social media channels that captures our brands mission and values, ultimately driving growth of our user base. This may include video, image and written content. Our target audience is football fans, with a specific emphasis on match-going fans, so you’ll have the opportunity to create content that showcases the passion and culture of fans - initially within the UK.

From day 1, your output will have a real impact on the future success of the company. You will be supported in your role as you further develop your skills, but will match our drive and ability to build the biggest sports app and brand on the planet.

Having reached 100,000+ downloads organically, the successful applicant will be given the opportunity to add their own touch to the playbook we have developed, with significant opportunities for progression and development as the company grows.

**Responsibilities**:

- Play a key role in the implementation of a comprehensive digital content strategy, including video, image and written, that aligns with our brand mission and values.
- Create and curate compelling and shareable content for our social media platforms, website, blog, and other digital channels. Key channels for our user growth include TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram / Reels.
- Drive community engagement across our social media channels to unite our user base behind our brand and drive customer retention.
- Evangelise the FanHub app across our social channels in compelling, engaging and authentic ways - we build fast and are always delivering awesome new features based on what fans want.
- Conduct regular research and analysis to identify industry trends, user preferences, and emerging platforms to optimize our content strategy.
- Adopt an experimental approach to growing the user base by regularly testing new user growth ideas.
- Represent the company on camera to put a face to the brand and build connection with our community.
- Maintain our brand's tone of voice and ensure consistency across all community touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Align with the company goals and objectives, strategising and executing across the marketing mix to meet these targets (e.g. user base growth, user retention, social media growth).

- Confident, driven and ambitious self-starter.
- Experience in digital content creation and management, preferably within the sports, entertainment, or related industry.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects, or similar.
- A passion for sports and a deep understanding of fan culture and engagement strategies.
- Creativity and storytelling skills, with the ability to produce engaging and shareable content across various platforms.
- Comfortable on camera and confident in putting yourself out there and trying new content ideas - inspired by the latest trends.
- Strong experience of social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt the brand's tone of voice to different channels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, with a high level of adaptability and resilience to uncertainty and change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed content decisions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
