The Digital Marketing and Content Specialist is a critical role designed for a highly skilled individual experienced in creating engaging, informative, and brand-aligned content across various digital platforms.

This role calls for an exceptional ability to communicate ClearVC's values and solutions through compelling storytelling including video production, social media engagement, and related digital community aspects. You'll be at the forefront of building our digital identity, driving brand awareness, and fostering community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Utilise your filming, video editing, and photography skills to produce captivating content across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and more. Your content will reflect the brand's voice and engage our diverse buyer personas.
- Engaging Content Management: Develop content plans, respond to comments/DMs when needed, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure content is on-brand and meets our audience's needs. Develop brand management resources for use throughout the marketing and sales process including SEO and other UX improvements.
- Innovative Campaign Support: Work with a team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with our marketing objectives, from conceptualization to analysis. Utilize insights from social media analytics to drive strategy and achieve goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the team to create dynamic content engaging in a variety of video and photo opportunities in-office, onsite, and within media outreach opportunities.
- Social Media Strategy Support: Grow our organic social media presence across key platforms, focusing on increasing reach, engagement, and leads. Work with the social media team to creatively leverage content, including videos, photography, content, and live sessions, to nurture our community and enhance brand loyalty.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Immerse yourself in ClearVC’s brand, understanding our mission, values, and buyer personas deeply. Represent our brand both online and offline, embodying our culture and value in interactions and content.

Experience and Requirements:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft copy that resonates with our target audience and is developed within key SEO frameworks.
- Experience in digital marketing and content creation, with a good portfolio showcasing your skills in video production and social media engagement.
- Video editing software experience including proficiency in planning and storyboarding content then producing within strategy, budget, and time constraints.
- A strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of generating innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Strong analytical abilities, comfortable with using social media analytics tools to track performance and inform strategy.
- A team player who loves to collaborate but is also confident in taking initiative and managing projects independently.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
