The role
As a Digital Marketing Executive at Aware Digital, you will be responsible for delivering our inbound lead generation strategy, by managing our on-site content, social media accounts and email marketing.
You'll also have the opportunity to work on our client websites to help them reach their ecommerce goals, broaden your skills across a number of specialisms and be an essential part of our company's growth.
This is a brand new role, with plenty of opportunity for the right person to gain hands-on experience and grow an important part of our marketing strategy and shape our future services for us and our clients.
We're a small team that prides itself on transparency, integrity and honesty. So whilst you'll receive all the support you need to make this a success, you will need to be comfortable working under your own initiative.Key responsibilities
Work alongside the senior marketing team to create and implement a cross-channel marketing calendar that highlights our services, our partners and our work across our blog, social media and email channelsManagement of our social media channels, predominantly LinkedIn and TwitterImage and asset creation either through Photoshop or CanvaCreate email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo to send to our current clients and prospectsCreate reports using Google Analytics and other tools to assess the impact of your workAssist with updating our own WordPress website and optimising the user experienceAssist with prospecting, pitching for new clients and improve the selling in of our servicesAssist with client work when requiredAssist with events and webinars when requiredMonitor our on-site live chatWho we're looking for1-2 years experience in digital marketing, with a strong desire to advance your careerA good understanding of basic marketing principles including SEO, content creation and social media managementA good understanding of Google AnalyticsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail, organisational skills and project management skillsRelevant certifications such as Google, Microsoft, Meta Blueprint are desired, but we'll support you through these if you haven't attained them yetEcommerce and agency experience is desirable and preferred but not essential Above all, we're looking for someone to join our small team, with a positive and hard working attitude who can take ownership of a key area for Aware Digital.
