Over the next twelve months, we expect to double the size of our team and expand our reach with new products, new markets and new sales avenues. We’re looking for individuals that share our passion for high quality products and with a keen aptitude to help us drive this business to the next level
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and generate leads through a combination of digital and traditional marketing channels. This is a dynamic role that requires a strategic thinker who can leverage both online and offline tactics to achieve business objectives.
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies incorporating digital and offline channels to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including E-commerce, sales, and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital & traditional marketing and propose innovative ideas to enhance marketing strategies.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and use insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing efforts.
Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a focus on both digital and offline marketing strategies.
Familiarity with traditional marketing tactics such as print advertising, direct mail, event marketing, and public relations.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
Experience with FMCG/ health supplements sector would be advantageous
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
