You’ll be a natural at building a rapport with children and someone who is full of empathy, so you can understand and relate to the young people you work with.

Join us as a Therapeutic Child Care Worker (trainee) and you can expect:
- Fully funded training for your CPD and recognised qualifications.
- Free meals while on shift.

- Excellent supervisory support.
- 222 hours holiday per annum, equivalent of 30 days or 6 weeks.
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check paid for by us.
**Full-time position (37 hours per week)**, you will need to be able to commit to various shift patterns including evenings, nights, sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays.
Unqualified rate £21,164 per annum - Qualified rate starts at £23,088 per annum (based on 37 hours per week) plus £40 per sleep-in shift payment and mileage allowance.
