**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct care and support to individuals in a variety of settings, such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or hospice care.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and individual preferences.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques to ensure safety.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals under your care.
- Implement behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the comfort and well-being of individuals.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in patient care or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of dementia care and behavior management techniques is a plus.
- First aid certification is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle stressful situations with calmness.
