Administration Assistant

The Best Connection are looking for x2 Administration Assistants for a training company in Ossett on a temp to perm.
Monday - Friday
1 x 08:00 - 16:00 (1 hour lunch)
1 x 09:00 - 17:00 (1 hour lunch)
35 hours per week
£20K per annum
Working in a busy office, you will be working within the administration team carrying out duties including;
- Answering and making outgoing calls
- Using bespoke IT system for data input and adding files to data records
- Booking Training courses and sending confirmations out
- Photocopying, scanning and sending out information to Trainers
- Filing
- Supporting Directors, Managers and all other staff
- Other ad hoc duties as required
- Honest and reliable
- Able to use own initiative
- Well organised
- Have good customer service and communication skills
- Possess strong IT skills
- Able to work under pressure with good attention to detail
- Able to prioritise and multi-task
- Good communicator with excellent telephone manner
- Hard working and can adapt to flexible working situations
- Keen, with a willingness to learn
Qualifications required;
Maths GCSE A* - C, 9 - 4 or equivalent
English GCSE A* - C, 9 - 4 or equivalent
IT qualification desirable but not essential
This position will be permanent after qualifying period.
