As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we're looking for a motivated office admin assitant to join our team. Enjoy working in a fast paced and well organised office.**

**Responsibilties include, but not limited to**:

- Perform general office tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and installations.
- Ordering of materials
- Managing of Social media accounts

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with clerical procedures (e.g., filing, data entry).
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.

**Competitive Salary**: Negotiable dependant on experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
