The Account Executive Intern assists with aspects of the account and account management. Will learn and operate Nest Property Marketing processes and take administrative and account organisational burdens from senior account team members, and will support all levels of the team. Should be extremely well-organised and flexible, possess a strong self-starter attitude along with exceptional project coordination abilities. Should be detail-oriented and eager to learn about the business and sector.

Account Executive Interns are responsible for administrative tasks, coordinating and scheduling meetings, routine work activity through internal and external channels, partnering with all members of staff, copywriting, and executing meeting minutes and status reports. Should demonstrate ability to learn new tasks independently and execute deliverables to an excellent standard. Should have comprehensive knowledge of social media marketing along with common scheduling tools used alongside.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Undergraduate degree preferred (graduated or mid-study)
- Marketing/Advertising experience in client services/account management/marketing
- Excellent written and verbal skills, exceptional communication skills
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite essential
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced creative agency
