At Bidwells, our Project Management team in Cambridge is ever growing. The team provides the project management of construction projects, contract administration and fund monitoring to clients, to ensure they run efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for a permanent full time Administrator to work with our Project Management team.

**What you'll be doing**:
You will be providing administrative assistance to the Project Management team who are delivering exciting, complex and challenging construction projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to gain practical experience and training through a 18-month training programme (optional) to help complete a Business Administration Apprenticeship, with further opportunities to progress within the company available.

**About you**:
We are seeking individuals who demonstrate enthusiasm and are self-motivated, with high attention to detail, and well organised.

You will have previously used Microsoft packages at a basic level (further training will be provided).

A minimum of grade 6 (C) or above in Mathematics & English GCSE

A minimum of CCC at A level or equivalent

This role would ideally suit individuals who are just finishing their A-Levels and are now looking to build a career within a professional environment.

**Your package**:
We will pay you competitively and provide you with an excellent benefits package: 25 days holiday (increasing with length of service), up to 8% contributory pension, health insurance, discretionary bonus, medicash scheme (money towards dental treatments, opticians and remedial therapies).
