**Position**: Apprenticeship Coach - Customer Service & Warehousing

**Type**: Full-Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri)

**Location**: London Area (Kent, Chelmsford, Guildford, East Sussex)

**Salary**: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum (Depending on Experience & Qualifications)

**Role Overview**:
As an Apprenticeship Coach specializing in Customer Service & Warehousing, you will play a vital role in guiding apprentice learners to unleash their potential and achieve their aspirations. Collaborating closely with learners, employers, and stakeholders, you will facilitate effective curriculum implementation, provide coaching, training, and assessment, and ensure successful apprentice progression.

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve company and individual KPIs
- Develop strong working relationships with apprentices, mentors, line managers, and key stakeholders
- Plan individual learner journeys aligned with apprentices' learning needs and ongoing growth
- Deliver exceptional teaching and learning, ensuring progress towards End Point Assessment in line with Ofsted/EIF/ESFA criteria
- Manage and support apprentices and employers in "off the job" training planning and achievement
- Deliver vocational training aligned with employer business needs and Nova's training contracts

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of industry occupational competence
- Relevant vocational experience and qualifications in Warehousing & Customer Service
- Teaching, learning, and assessment experience
- 1 year of experience delivering new apprenticeship standards (desirable)
- Assessor qualification with TA element TAQA or (D32/D33 or A1) (desirable)
- Full, clean UK Driving License
