Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £23,000 to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an additional £500 on passing probation and an increase to £26,000 after two years assuming performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Expert - Financial Services to join our team in Colindale, North London with hybrid working options. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure, providing a high level of customer service to our clients. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Answering incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
  2. Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions
  3. Handling customer complaints with empathy and patience, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible
