As a Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist, you will be looking at the customer journey, identifying areas for improvement and leading the conversion rate optimisation projects. In this role, you'll have the chance to really make an impact.

- Location - BL9 8RR
- Working rota Monday to Friday
- Working hours - 40hrs

**What you'll be doing**:

- Utilise user insights and analytics to identify opportunities and issues in the consumer journey
- Collaborate across the CRO and UX department to ensure potential solutions have merit, and then ideate with the broader team to realise iterative gains via experimentation.
- Monitor performance of testing, ensuring key metrics are championed and targets are held to.
- Ensure governance for the operational factors across the CRO team, including reporting, ideation processes and documentation, are kept up.
- Oversee the upkeep and management of an insight and results repository. The goal of which is to always have a history of testing to refer back to.
- Distribute insights to business stakeholders at key moments, engaging them in the wider purpose and goals of experimentation.

**What we're looking for**:

- Experience with Analytical tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Ability to work through statistical significance and wider success reporting for experiment performance.
- Proficiency with some manner of CRO/Experimentation platform; VWO, Monetate, Optimize, etc
- A customer-focused and goal-orientated mindset.
- Knowledge of all aspects of conversion enhancement, including UX, and web analytics.
- A good technical foundation or background in digital marketing.
