- Manor Community are looking for enthusiastic male care and support workers who have the passion to provide excellent person-centred care to our clients. This role is specifically for Males only wanting a mixture of sleep in nights and day shifts, ideally with a full driving license._

**The role**:
T_his role is to help and assist vulnerable adults. Supporting them on a one to one basis with independent living, helping him to fulfill his goals and creating a positive outcome in his life_.

**What you need**:

- Passion for caring for vulnerable adults at a level that matches our standard of care.
- A caring attitude and a willingness to make a difference
- The ability to provide person-centred care whilst maintaining respect and protecting client dignity.
- Reliability, flexibility and a 'can-do' attitude
- Good communication skills
- Ideally with full driving license.
