We are looking for a male support worker to join our team working nights alongside young adults with Autism in their own flats near Bristol (BS10)

You will be working in their home, so it’s important you can connect and to be part of their team you will need to have experience supporting people with Learning disabilities and Autism and be able to demonstrate your understanding of supporting with complex behaviours or Positive Behaviour Support.

Your role will be to provide responsive support during the night and early morning as required from 10pm to 7am.

This role is for 2 nights - Friday and Saturday each week - 18 hours.
