Scheduling Assistant Apprentice

Our client provides high quality Kitchen Fire suppression systems across the UK, operating nationally across all industries within in both commercial and domestic sectors. As Market leaders they design, install, and maintain systems for customers acrossthe UK including hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals, and well-known fast-food outlets such as Wetherspoon, Greene King, Five Guys. They are now keen to recruit a hard-working customer account coordinator apprentice to join the office team.

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Booking in Ansul & extinguisher service and remedial jobs.
- Liaising with customers and working with the schedular to confirm engineer visits, raising RAMS and permits to work.
- Issue documentation for clients site access.
- Reports.
- Upload data entry to CRM system.
- General administration duties.
- Check validity of system/scheduling appointments.

Minimum requirements:

- Good IT knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as a team member.
- Opportunity to gain a permanent role once completing apprenticeship.
- Academic in both English and Math’s.

This role is supported by the Customer Service level 2 or 3 apprenticeships standard delivered by Starting Off.
