Based in Moulton Park, my client is looking for a stock assistant to help them for 6 months 24hrs a week and flexible on hours

**Responsibilities**
- Handling of general (internal) customer inquiries
- Coordination of installations - with logistic service provider and sales / service team
- Local product handling, purchasing and logistic coordination
- Demo unit processing - full logistic coordination and scheduling of demo equipment including service requirements with engineers
- Scheduling of customer collection and deliveries
- Preparation of customer demos equipment
- Logistic and purchasing tasks, local product handling
- Inventory management
- Record movement of all Demonstration Devices, accessories & Peripherals via DEMS
- Ensure kit lists are generated for each Demonstration Device.
- Ensure that all Demonstration Devices are kept in a clean & hygienic condition
- Undergo necessary training in order to fulfil all duties
- Undertake any other duties and projects in order to meet personal, team and organizational objectives

**Skills**
- Driving License is a must
- IT knowledge - MS office especially Excel, SAP
- Customer orientation
- Ability to organise and prioritise
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Reliability
