Business Coordinator

Rosherville Repairs & maintenance are on the hunt for a dynamic Business Coordinator. This role is your chance to be the backbone of our team, ensuring our business operations run smoothly. You'll be the glue that holds us together, coordinating work, liaising with clients, and keeping us on track. If you're a multi-tasking genius with a knack for organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
The job role will involve the following:
- Coordinate and manage work, from quote to completion.
- Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to boost productivity.
- Issuing quotations and raising sales invoices to customers in accordance with VAT regulations.
- Carrying out credit control ensuring that invoices are settled in a timely manner.
- Recording of payments received and updating the cashbook.
- Track and report on business operations to the Board
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £16,539.00 per year
