We are now looking for Commercial Data Support to assist the Commercial Team at our Tamworth site on a permanent, full-time basis.

**The Role**
As Commercial Data Support, you will learn how to review and evaluate data to make our processes smoother and provide a better customer journey.
Once trained, you’ll help to make continuous improvements to departmental processes, analyse data, recommend improvements and streamline existing processes.
You will also maintain and update customer pricing and other commercial data in our SAP IT system as needed.
**About You**
To be considered for the Commercial Data Support role, you will need:

- A passion for data and using it to improve and/or streamline processes
- A genuine passion for providing the highest level of customer service
- Excellent Excel skills with an analytical and data-driven approach
- IT literacy including Word, Outlook and Office
- At a minimum, GCSEs or equivalent at level 4 / Grade C or above in Maths and English
