Our client, a dynamic and respected local provider of business services, is looking to recruit a Project Administrator/Facilitator into their existing team of busy, professional colleagues.

In this exciting role you'll support the implementation, submission, review and further development of projects and initiatives, through provision of effective and efficient administrative support and effective liaison with Project Team other internal andexternal stakeholders.

**Benefits**

You'll receive a salary of up between £24,000 to £27,000 p.a. (depending on experience and qualifications). You also get 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and access to a Health Care Cash plan and pension scheme.

You will be able to work of a hybrid basis, half office based, half from home.

The role is initially a fixed term contract up to September 2023. There is scope that the contract may be extended beyond this but can not be guaranteed at this stage.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assisting Project Manager to successfully deliver projects
- Providing effective administrative support to the Project Manager and to the project more widely
- Working with project team to maintain and update project documentation (Project Initiation Document (PID), Project Plan, project records, etc)
- Refreshing and maintaining the Project Structure on Sharepoint/Teams including the set-up of folders, naming and version control of documentation, controlling access and content
- Coordinating and maintaining project records and ensuring all project paperwork is obtained, maintained and meets requirements
- Obtaining prices and producing purchase orders, as agreed with the Project Manager
- Managing the calendar of events, including project team
- Ensuring appropriate records are kept of internal and external meetings
- Supporting stakeholder engagement, for example through identifying and obtaining contacts and arranging meetings
- Supporting primary and secondary research activities by, for example, survey distribution, arranging focus groups and 1-2-1s, collating feedback from events, arranging events, etc
- Supporting the writing, editing and production of reports, and any updates, including consultation as appropriate
- Maintaining updates on progress and actions, including presenting these for sharing
- Supporting marketing and communications activities

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed**:

- Project support experience, including working to deadlines under pressure
- Effective IT skills including Microsoft Office and Sharepoint/Team, ideally building surveys in e.g. Surveymonkey
- Supporting research and analysis activity - primary and secondary
- Capable of supporting the writing, editing and evaluating of strategic reports
- Straightforward, target focussed, enthusiastic and self motivated
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally
- Self-confident, quick learner with potential for development
- Excellent administration skills including working to deadlines
- Good communication skills
- High level of accuracy
