**THE ROLE**:
Salary raising to £13.15 (£24,684pa ) from 1st April 2024

As a Tenancy Services Apprentice, you'll be at the forefront of customer service and administrative excellence. You'll play a crucial role in supporting the creation and maintenance of successful tenancies and leaseholds in both social and private housing sector

Whilst undertaking this apprenticeship you will develop a number of key skills and knowledge, such as:

- Delivering a professional, accurate, and timely service to diverse customers. You will be responsive to customer needs and understand their impact.
- Effectively communicating to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Supporting housing and property-related services through administrative skills. Gathering and presenting data accurately.
- Prioritising tasks for timely completion and making effective decisions aligned with instructions. You will embrace changing priorities and work patterns.
- Maintaining confidentiality, ethical conduct, and professionalism.
- Taking ownership of personal development and safety.
- Being an effective team player and take responsibility for your work. Collaborate with colleagues and partners to achieve shared goals.

**THE CANDIDATE**:

- Maths and English GCSE C or above to meet apprenticeship requirements
- Happy to work in fast paced environment
- Good Digital Skills
- Fast learner
- Confident Administrator
- Can demonstrate good customer service skills
