We are looking for someone to support our teams by undertaking compliance tasks including:

- Monitoring the compliance inbox and processing incoming submissions, providing advice on how to rectify incorrect submissions
- Setting up the AML locking schedule each week and locking/unlocking outstanding matters when required
- Monitoring SmartSearch for outstanding alerts and sending reminders to Legal Assistants
- Liaising with Compliance Consultant to update policies, procedures and documentation
- Carrying out file reviews
- Updating guidance manuals when procedures are changed
- Updating Intranet and website when required
- Processing client marketing consent forms
- Assisting with the monthly newsletter
- Assisting with the training of new colleagues regarding compliance issues

- Previous experience in a compliance role would be desirable

The salary for the position is £21,000 - £24,000 a year for 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
