X2recruit are currently recruiting an Admin Support for one of our busy clients in St Austell, Cornwall.
**Responsibilities**:
Maintain accurate Attendance Management - collate, maintain and submit relevant payroll timesheets, in line with company deadlines
Develop and maintain a working system with the admin team in relation to worked hours/reporting and monitoring sickness and absence reporting.
Experience/Qualifications:
Experience in managing processes and systems in a busy administrative environment is essential.
Speed and accurate typing skills, including attention to detail.
Excellent working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Proven organisational skills - ability to work in a logical and methodical manner; ability to use own initiative and effectively manage several tasks at one time.
Working Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00.
Pay is £10.59ph
This is a Temp position for 1 month.
